Welcome to Attari Perfumes. We are committed to providing premium
quality attars and fragrances. However, if you are not fully satisfied with
your purchase, please review our Cancellation & Refund Policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged, defective, or leaking product.
- You received an incorrect product different from what you ordered.
- The product size delivered does not match your order.
- The product appears significantly different from its description.
- You are unsatisfied with the product (only if unused and seal intact).
Important: In case of damaged, missing, empty, or tampered package complaints,
you must provide a clear unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened.
Without an unboxing video, no claim will be entertained.
2. Non-Returnable Products
The following products are not eligible for return:
- Used, worn, washed, or opened products.
- Products with broken seals.
- Sale or discounted items.
- Custom-made or personalized products.
- Bulk or special promotional orders.
- Products returned without original packaging.
3. Conditions for Return
- Product must be unused and in original condition.
- All original packaging, labels, and invoices must be intact.
- Return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
- After approval, product must be shipped back within 7 days.
- Replacement is subject to stock availability.
4. Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of
approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
and credited to the original payment method.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.

5. Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders cannot be cancelled after 12 hours of placing the order.
- Customized or special orders cannot be cancelled.
- Orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled.
- If the product is not yet dispatched, cancellation may be approved upon request.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspicious activity.
6. Important Notes
- Attari Perfumes reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
- In case of disputes, the company’s decision shall be final.
- All disputes are subject to jurisdiction under Indian law.
