Shipping Charges

Returns Policy

Due to the nature of attar and perfume products, we do not accept returns once the product has been opened, used, or tampered with.

Returns or replacements are only accepted in cases where:

  • The product is damaged during transit
  • The wrong product is delivered
  • The product is missing or leaked on arrival

In such cases, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proper photos or videos as proof.

Refunds

Once the issue is verified and approved, refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
